Dr Rosemary Leonard – Female


Dr Leonard qualified in medicine from Cambridge Univesity with Double First Class Honours. She has 34 years of clinical medical experience, and has been a GP Partner in the area for 25 years.

In addition she is a highly respected contributor in the national media on medical issues.

She has also been a non-executive director of the Health Protection Agency and a member of the Government Committe on the Safety of Medicines. Most recently she served with Professor Sir Bruce Keogh on the Government’s review of safety in cosmetic interventions.

She has a special interest in womens health including contraception, menstrual problems, infertility, the menopause and post-menopause.

She was awarded an MBE for services to healthcare in 2004.

Dr Shailender Parihar – Male


Dr Parihar qualified from the Royal Free School of Medicine in London.

He has 10 years of clinical medical experience. He has a particular interest in musculo-skeletal medicine and is also accredited by NHS London to provide minor surgery service and joint injections.

Dr Pooja Agarwal – Female


Dr Agarwal qualified in India and is a member of The Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also qualified in General Practice and Sexual Health.

Her special interest is in women’s health and contraception.

She is also a trainer and has won Trainer of the Year Awards in 2017 and 2018.

Dr Thomas McWaters – Male


Dr McWaters qualified in 2014 from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Most of his training took place in London and the South East, and he completed his GP registrar training in Tunbridge Wells, gaining membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2019.

He enjoys all aspects of general practice but has particular interests in dermatology and child health.

He is married with two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, cycling and running as well as being a passionate supporter of Crystal Palace Football Club.

Dr Shabana Chaudhari – Female


Dr. Shabana Chaudhari graduated from St. Georges Hospital Medical School at the University of London in 1996.

Following several years as a specialist hospital doctor, as well as having held a number of teaching positions, Shabana embarked upon her career in Family Medicine in 2001, and became a member of the Royal College of GPs in 2002. During her time at the Rosendale Surgery, Shabana was lead in both Child Health and Mental Health and also Chronic Disease Management.

Shabana has worked as a private GP in the City for over 10 years, providing corporate care to a number of high profile companies and treating her individual patients, whilst obtaining specialist qualifications in both Occupational Medicine and Dermatology.

Over the last few years, Shabana has developed her interest in Women’s Health and is also a member of the British Menopause Society. She is passionate about delivering bespoke, individualised care to her patients through integrating her skills in evidence-based practice with holistic and lifestyle medicine.
