We welcome Jane Darling to our team. Jane is our Social Prescriber Link Worker and she works with us on Mondays. Link workers give people time, focusing on ‘what matters to me’ and taking a holistic approach to people’s health and wellbeing. They connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support. If you want to speak with Jane please contact the surgery for an appointment.
