Just today as of publishing CrowdStrike pushed out a global update which contained vulnerabilities to many different systems across their global demographic. These vulnerabilities have caused outages in many systems of different industry sectors, ranging from travel, banking, to of course, health care.
What this means for you: Currently we have limited availability to our computers and systems. Please expect us to be potentially rebooking or cancelling your appointments. Additionally, our AccuRx system is currently disabled and limited whilst we await updates on this.
The news states that a fix has been deployed but won’t be able to go to affected machines until a more stable push can be made, as affected machines may not work well enough to receive this new fix.
We understand the inconvenience in our service being down, and we have no good estimate of when we will be up and running fully again. We are doing all we can to ensure we can run effectively when possible, and are grateful for your patience in this matter.
