All patients (including children) of the practice have the right to request the allocation of a named, accountable GP.
If you would like to express a preference for a named GP, please let us know.
Your accountable GP is responsible for your overall care at the practice. However, you are welcome to see any GP within the practice and we would advise you to stay with the same GP for the same medical problem and continuity of care.
